Kid Friendly Smoothie Bowls

A fun way to get the pickiest of eaters to eat a healthy breakfast!

Hi everybody — I’m posting today from Super Healthy Kids and I hope you’ll head over and join me there.  I’m making kid-friendly breakfast bowls without the exotic ingredients that can sometimes scare picky eaters (of all ages!) away.   As my own kids got older and the stakes got higher at school they almost never wanted to eat breakfast –  I always felt terrible sending them out the door with an empty stomach.  I wish I’d thought of these back then, they would have saved the day.   See you over at Super Healthy Kids!
