It’s 8pm, and I haven’t had dinner yet, this looks so good right now! Who says eggs are only for breakfast? :D

It’s been so long since I’ve had Green Goddess dressing, that I can’t quite remember how it tastes, or how it would taste with eggs. With all that said, it sure looks delicious. :)

You are so good at the ““Use it Up, Wear it Out Make it Do or Do Without” concept in the kitchen with whatever tasty tidibit is on hand.
    Looks wonderful!
