    Thank-you for this spectacular post! The chocolate pound cake is first in line to be tried. I am sharing this with my youngest daughter- the pastry chef and chocolatier( I’m never sure of the spelling of her profession). She works in the candy making business and will love these recipes. I grew up on dark chocolate, my Gram loved bitter chocolate and it was always available at her house. I always follow your posts and seldom comment, but this was impossible to let pass without a little gratitude for the recipes and intriguing facts!
