The Hummer Cocktail is an adult milkshake of epic proportions...you'll either love me or hate me for this irresistible concoction of ice cream, rum, and Kahlua.

Ingredients

4 large scoops of coffee ice cream
1 oz (2 tablespoons) amber rum
1 oz (2 tablespoons) Kahlua coffee liqueur
2 ice cubes or 1/2 cup crushed ice

Instructions

Blend everything in a blender just until smooth. Serve with a straw (or two)

Notes

For a little more alcoholic oomph you can use 1 1/2 ounces (or 3 tablespoons) each of the rum and coffee liqueur.
