Cream the 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar,1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla extract together until fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
Blend in the 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk and after that has been completely incorporated, blend in the 2 cups heat treated flour*.
Fold in the 10 ounces mini chocolate chips.
Your cookie dough is ready to enjoy right away. Because this dough is made with butter and condensed milk, it should be stored in the refrigerator. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. It will firm up when cold. Let the dough sit at room temperature to warm up for that classic, creamy cookie dough texture.
Your homemade cookie dough will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. It can be frozen for up to 2 months.
