1/2cupchopped pink grapefruit, white grapefruit, or combo of both
1kiwi, finely chopped
1/2cupsmall red grapes, halved
3tbsppomegranate seeds
1/4cupfinely diced red onion
1jalapeno, finely minced, (for less heat leave out the seeds and/or use less jalapeno)
dressing
2tbspmild vinegar, or more, if needed
Instructions
Put everything into a bowl and add the vinegar. Start with 2 tablespoons and add more if needed. You want to just lightly dress the salsa without drowning it. Toss gently and serve asap.
