Rinse your berries and put them in a serving bowl.
Slice the watermelon into thin slices. Use the cookie cutter to cut out stars. If the stars are too thick, carefully slice them in half. Add them to the bowl.
Top the salad with crumbled cheese and squeeze the lime juice over all.
The salad can be served immediately, garnished with the mint leaves, or chilled for later.
