Hi everybody — I’m posting today from Super Healthy Kids and I hope you’ll head over and join me there. I’m making kid-friendly breakfast bowls without the exotic ingredients that can sometimes scare picky eaters (of all ages!) away. As my own kids got older and the stakes got higher at school they almost never wanted to eat breakfast – I always felt terrible sending them out the door with an empty stomach.
