Fruit tarts aren’t just for summer, you can enjoy them all year round with seasonal ingredients, from figs to rhubarb. Here are some of my fruit tart recipes, there’s one for every month of the year!

SUMMER Fruit Tart Recipes
Take advantage of the bounty of summer produce with fresh fruit tart recipes and rustic freeform galettes that make the most of the season’s gems. Peaches, raspberries, and cherries are some of my favorite fruits to bake with this time of year.

FALL Fruit Tart Recipes
The end of summer and beginning of fall are a rich time for seasonal fruits like apples, pears, all kinds of stone fruit, and figs. It’s the perfect time of year to bake up something special as the temperatures start to cool and we begin to spend more time inside.

WINTER Fruit Tart Recipes
You may not think winter has much to offer the fruit-tart lover, but fresh cranberries and winter citrus make amazing desserts in the colder months. And when it’s just too cold to venture out to the store, I rely on good-quality jams to make delicious crumble tarts and bars.

Oh my goodness, there are so many gorgeous tarts, I can’t even choose one! The apple rose tart and the strawberries and cream tart are definitely calling my name, though!
I love the assortment! I always prefer to use fruit and produce in season – when it’s at its best! And you really show how much wealth we have all year.
