Questions and Reviews
These are gorgeous!!! Gives me inspiration to try making pie crusts 🙂
GORGEOUS!!!! I’m not sure I could bring myself to actually CUT any of those though haha– Love it!!
Wow, who would have thought there were so many pie artists out there. You have surely found the cream of the crop, these are incredibly beautiful. Thanks of sharing! Now I’m pinning and sharing!
What a creative, beautiful post! They are all different and all wonderful! Thanks for the ideas.
OH my gosh! These pie crusts are so beautiful. I don’t think I could cut into any of these masterpieces, eventhough I like most of the fillings. I do have to say however, I did copy a leaf design from Pinterest last year for the edge crust on my Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. My family was amazed! They said it was too pretty to eat. But it got devoured eventually!
I think the leaf designs work pretty well, and the cutters are relatively easy to find. Now you have to top last year and try one of the other designs, Nancie 😉
Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow … nothing like pie porn! You have done your homework here, Sue! I will have to work hard at ever coming up to snuff on these presentations!
I want to see your results, Susan!!
What a terrific round up of pie-awesomeness! You make me want to roll out the dough 🙂
Where would one find where to buy the “stamp” for that besutiful mincemeatpie’s decorative top? Thanks a bunch for posting such a gorgeous array!
I don’t know where she found that one Jane, but I did see this gorgeous snowflake whole crust cutter from Williams Sonoma: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/williams-sonoma-snowflake-pie-dough-cutter/
I think I found them, Jane, at King Arthur Flour: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/snowflake-pop-out-cutter-set-of-4
What an amazing collection to be inspired from. Pinning this though I know it will take me a lot of practice to achieve some of these!
These are all so beautiful! I’m especially drawn to the Black Bottom Chocolate Pie Crust! I admit, I’m pretty lazy about pie crust and usually buy it. There’s a frozen one I like that doesn’t have lard or trans fats in it, so it’s ok. One day, I must try these crusts! All of them!
I’m pretty hopeless when it comes to pie crusts, but I’m inspired by some of the cut out designs, I think I could do that!
