December 30, 2021 at 2:44 pmThese are all outstandingly delicious. It’s no wonder so many of us love your site.
The only thing that spoils it is the ad for toenail clippers for seniors that sits at the bottom.
Just doesn’t fit together ;- ((

December 30, 2021 at 3:07 pmSorry Dorothy! Sadly, I’m not in control of which ads show where, but different ads will show for different folks, and sometimes a dud gets through 😉

December 30, 2021 at 9:32 amHow is it that I’ve made none of these yet?? This is a great list for the new year, especially that Thai noodle one. I need some of these for new dinner ideas.
The ONLY holiday baked goods I made this year were your Gingerbread cake recipe and your stamped gingerbread cookies. I brought that cake EVERYWHERE this season for a total of 7 bakes in both my mini and large gingerbread bundt cakes. It not only looked perfect, it tasted even better! Thanks for spicing up the holidays!

December 30, 2021 at 7:08 amI have made so many of your recipes, I love them all. Your photography makes me drool! I seem to go back to Chopped Steak with Bacon and Mushroom Gravy, such a comfort dish to me. I have made it with both dried and baby bellas (what I had on hand) Lemon dill salmon is another one we liked a lot Next on my list is sauerbraten.
Thank you, Carol

December 30, 2021 at 6:59 amWhen I saw the opening photo, I was thrilled that one of my favorites this year–the Italian white bean soup with meatballs–made the list. But alas, no. I make that soup regularly now and have shared the recipe with friends, who also put it into their rotation. It is sensational!
Other favorites this year: gluten-free tangerine cake, Ina Garten’s mustard-roasted chicken, and stuffed pepper soup. Thanks, Sue, and happy new year! Looking forward to another year of great cooking!

December 30, 2021 at 7:12 amHaha, I added that photo because I love it too! The stuffed pepper soup ALMOST made the list, and it’s one of my personal faves. Looking forward to 2022 for so many reasons 😉
