I bet you’re dying to get out of the house these days, and Cinco de Mayo couldn’t come at a better time. We’re firing up the grill and setting up the picnic table for a day of relaxed outdoor eating, starting with this colorful south of the border inspired menu…you’ll find a mix of authentic recipes with some creative adaptations!


PARTY STARTERS

This dip is just plain fun, and so colorful ~  it’s a fiesta in a cup, and everybody gets their own, so no more double dipping.

This unique salad is patterned after the popular Mexican street food ‘elote’, which is basically seasoned corn on the cob slathered in a creamy sauce, and showered with cheese, chili powder, fresh lime juice, and cilantro ~ the flavors are all here! A stunning  main course salad with jumbo Mexican spiced grilled shrimp, homemade tortilla strips, house pickled red onions, and all the fixings on a bed of zesty red cabbage slaw.
