Dear Sue,
You newsletter are a highlight in my week but alas, I live in Tasmania, Australia’s island state and we are moving from Summer to Autumn. I do not ask for a seasonal recipe for the southern hemisphere in every newsletter but just occasionally, would you think of us and post something for us when we do not have access to your seasonal produce, please?
Thanks for reading.
