Pink recipes for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day brunch, birthdays and baby showers…there are so many reasons to think pink in the kitchen! I’ve got pink food from the palest blush to the brightest magenta, sure to brighten up any table.

Planning a color themed menu can be a lot of fun, but it’s also a lot of work sourcing all that color coordinated food. I’ve rounded up all my recipes that owe their gorgeous pink hues to Mother Nature, so put away the food coloring, you’re not going to need it. From strawberries and rhubarb to beets and radishes, I’ve got a shade of pink for every course and occasion.

Fresh, naturally pink fruits and veggies like pink grapefruit, heirloom tomatoes, magenta endive leaves, and watermelon radishes make pretty in pink soups, salads, and starters.

A pink drink is always inviting. From healthy breakfast and brunch-friendly smoothies to cocktail-hour beauties, theres a rosy beverage for every time of day or night.

  • Rhubarb Spring Fling Cocktail ~ the arrival of rhubarb in the grocery stores is one of the first true signs of spring for me, and I love to make it into a cocktail to celebrate the occasion.

The gorgeous natural hues of fresh seafood like salmon and shrimp are the perfect way to bring a touch of pink to the main course.

  • Salmon with Berry Salsa ~ This stunning dish is perfect for spring and summer gatherings when fresh, seasonal berries need little embellishment to serve as an amazing, fruity “salsa” with simply baked salmon.
  • New England Style Shrimp Rolls ~ jumbo chunks of wild caught shrimp simply tossed with mayo and lemon and then stuffed into a butter toasted bun ~ life doesn’t get any better.
  • Instant Pot Rosé Risotto ~ this unique rosé wine infused risotto takes just 6 minutes in your Instant Pot!
  • Shrimp Scampi Fra Diavolo ~ like traditional shrimp scampi but with a tiny kick of heat from red peppers, this garlicky pasta dish is a great way to serve a crowd.
